The Spicer
Group, a major civil engineering firm
with offices in Saginaw and St. Johns,
Michigan (www.spicergroup.com),
invited Randall Dean to conduct a
mini-training program for the staff of
the St. Johns office on April 26, 2005.
This program was focused to provide
specific time-management-related tips
and strategies for the office's numerous
PDA users, and was quite well received
by those attending, with 100% of the
attendees rating this short program as
either "Excellent" or "Above Average".
Larry Protasiewicz, Principal of the
Spicer Group's St. Johns office, had
this to say about the program, "Randy's
course will definitely save your company
time and money. His session was
professional, amusing, and very
helpful."
While
most Randall Dean Consulting & Training
programs are either 1/2 to full day
programs, Randall Dean spoke with the
Spicer management prior to this
shorter-version program, and developed a
program that fit the timing and training
needs of the staff. The program
obviously didn't cover the full gamut of
material that longer-form programs do,
but met a specific and defined training
need for the Spicer staff. If your
company, group or association is
interested in discussing a similar
shorter-course option, please contact
us at Randall Dean Consulting &
Training. |
