Randy Dean, President of Randall Dean Consulting & Training, LLC, today announced the launch of a new "channel" on YouTube, the popular video hosting site recently purchased by Google. Randy's new channel: http://www.youtube.com/profile?user=JanaRandyDean, features some very useful content right now, with much more planned soon. First, Randy has posted his 2-part "demo" video that gives users a taste of Randy's "Taming the E-mail Beast: Managing the Mess of E-mail and Information Overload" program (click here to see a program talksheet), as well as give viewers both a feel for Randy's presentation style and a feel for the content of the program, as well as how Randy might be able to help your company or organization "tame your e-mail beast". Randy has delivered this program around the United States this year to very strong reviews at several conferences and association meetings, and also at onsite and webinar-enabled corporate training sessions. The longer forms of this course typically range from about 1 hour (conference session) to 3 hours (onsite corporate.)

This demo video (posted in Parts I and II in Randy's "Video Log" section on his YouTube Channel, directly below his posted videos) was produced in conjunction with local video production firm Take2Media, who coordinated all of the post-production work as well as the posting of the video to YouTube. Randy has also found several interesting "tutorial" videos that he has posted in the "playlists" section of his YouTube channel. The tutorials, created by other "YouTubers", show how to do several of the e-mail strategies Randy discusses in his programs (Randy plans to personally add several short tutorials on his strategies for time management and e-mail management soon.) Randy wanted to create this YouTube channel so that site visitors, friends, clients, and prospects could get to know Randy and one of his signature programs a bit better, and also to allow Randy to introduce his new teleseminar, teleconference, and webinar services. In addition to Randy's numerous live client and conference sessions, he has also recently been leading teleconference and webinar-based training programs for a few clients, and wanted to share this capability with a broader audience. He also felt that the video and audio learning capabilities provided by a YouTube channel are a perfect enhancement for serious adult learners, providing yet another way for people to acquire and assimilate needed information and new skills quickly and in an entertaining, easily accessible manner.
