Randy Dean, President of Randall Dean Consulting & Training, LLC, is pleased to announce that Carol Grainger, Owner of Advanced Solutions for Training Events and Communications (ASTEC), will now also be leading several client and prospect development and relationship management activities for RDC&T. Carol will be spending her time facilitating better client relationships and communications, and also help with promoting new business development, including conference and meeting speaking opportunities for Randy Dean.
Carol has many years of training program, meeting management and planning, and client relationship development experience in her background, and is both the Past President and current Vice President of Operations for the South Central Michigan Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD). Carol, who runs ASTEC, a technology consulting and meeting planning firm, will be leading many initiatives to help RDCT, LLC to reach the next level.
As those of you that have followed Randy Dean's business growth over recent years, 2006 has been a breakout year for the firm. Randy has been traveling extensively all through the US, leading extremely successful time management-related programs in cities including Boston, New York, Atlantic City, Washington DC, Dallas, Houston, Chicago, and Los Angeles. Randy has also maintained relationships and led programs for many existing repeat clients, including several leading business schools and state and national associations. He's brought online two new programs, "Taming the E-mail and Info Overload Beast", and "(RE)Awakening the Passion and Energy in Your Work (and Life!)", both of which have been received with very strong ratings and testimonials. He's also added one-on-one e-mail and office clutter coaching to his practice, as well as publishing his first book, "Major Satisfactors = Major Success" early this year.
Randy felt that, with the level of activities now occurring in the business, that he was not as available as he needed to be or should be for existing clients and new prospects. Carol, who recently started ASTEC after a successful internal career for several organizations, including Michigan Virtual University. She has seen the growth and development of Randy's business from both a local and national perspective, and felt that adding promotion of Randy's programs and services to her portfolio of business products could be a win-win relationship for both organizations. Randy fully agrees.
